Klarna and Voi extends and expands partnership - betting on Sweden and Germany together
Voi and Klarna have deepened their partnership, bringing faster payments and easier access to Voi services in Sweden and Germany through deep-integration with Klarna, including subscription options and a seamless login experience.
Today, we are proud to announce that we are extending and expanding our partnership with Klarna, the AI-driven global payment provider and shopping assistant. The expanded collaboration means that consumers in Sweden and Germany will have access to even more seamless payment solutions when using Voi's services, including easy and fast direct payments via Klarna.
The extended and expanded partnership means that Klarna will be available for all Voi products, including subscription services. Through “Sign in with Klarna” (SIWK), consumers can save time by logging in and registering with just a few clicks, as well as enjoying a quicker and smoother checkout experience.
With the new agreement, Klarna becomes a more deeply integrated part of Voi's ecosystem, contributing to an improved user experience by offering smoother identification and a seamless payment process. The expanded partnership between Klarna and Voi is expected to lead to a significant increase in the use of Klarna's payment solutions within Voi's platforms in the coming years, both in Sweden and Germany, further strengthening the market positions of both companies.
“Our deepened partnership with Voi shows that Klarna continues to become an increasingly integrated part of consumers' daily lives. With easy direct payments and our new login service, our shared customers can smoothly access Voi's services and consolidate payments with other purchases in the Klarna app,” says Björn Bryngelson, Country Manager Sweden at Klarna.
“We look forward to expanding the collaboration and, together with Klarna, offering a better overall experience for our riders in Sweden and Germany over the coming year. The partnership makes it easier and smoother for our customers to get started with accounts and payments and use our services. We are particularly excited about growing faster together in the German market,” says Gustaf Soldan, Chief Product Officer at Voi.
