Since we were founded in 2018, we have grown rapidly and now operate in 76 towns and cities in 12 countries. Leading a new sector that fast disrupted a somewhat traditional transport industry, Voi has never been shy in reaching out not only to our customers to assure and educate, but also to all urban stakeholders to voice their views. The much sought-after four and, in many cases five green stars on Trustpilot also reflect Voi’s commitment to green practices, having been the first micromobility operator to become carbon neutral in 2020. At COP26 we also pledged to be carbon positive by 2030. Granted, the majority of customers may not be giving us stars on Trustpilot for such important pledges, but they do for precision technology, parking infrastructure and all round professionalism when it comes to customer service.
