Interested in trying our e-bikes? Available in Liverpool, Kettering, Peterborough, Cambridge, Berlin, Düsseldorf and Cologne.
How to get started
1. Download and register in the Voi app.
2. Locate a bike nearby on the map in the app.
3. Scan the QR code on top to unlock it.
4. Activate the motor by starting peddling.
5. When done, make sure to end your ride in the app and lock the front wheel of the bike.

Are e-bikes also geofenced with no ride, slow ride and no parking areas?
Yes, e-bikes are bound by the same geographical area as e-scooters. When an e-bike goes beyond a certain boundary, it’s speed will reduce gradually but the rider will still be able to pedal.
Where can e-bikes be parked?
E-bikes can be parked in the same areas as e-scooters. Where there are mandatory parking rides can only be finished if the e-bike is within the mandatory parking area.
How do I brake?
The brake located on the left side of the handlebar is the front brake, to use the rear brake riders need to pedal backwards.
What’s the maximum speed for e-bikes?
E-bikes are assisted up to 15.5mph (25km/h).
Remember that it's illegal to ride on pavements and our e-bikes can't be ridden on roads with a speed limit of over 30mph.
When is it recommended to use an ebike?
While e-scooters are perfect for distances between 1-3 miles (1-5km), e-bikes are a good option for journeys from 3- 9 miles (5-15km).
